About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Indiana specializing in the evaluation and treatment of adults and adolescents. I am experienced in treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment to medical issues including cancer, and relationship issues.

With over 30 years experience as a private practitioner, and as a Ph.D. graduate of Indiana University specializing in clinical psychology, I work with a broad spectrum of clients.

I am a very practical, solution-focused therapist. I primarily use cognitive behavioral techniques in my practice as well as integrating complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

I am a lifelong presbyterian and am very active in my church and presbytery. While I do not consider myself a "Christian Counselor," my faith influences every part of my life including my work. I am down to earth, accepting, and very inclusive of others of all faiths and cultures.
